IMPORTANT: BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING AI NOTE TAKER ("THE APP"), YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE APP.
These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "user") and AI Note Taker ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of our mobile application and related services (collectively, "the App"). These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy available at [Your Privacy Policy URL].
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on devices owned or controlled by you and as permitted by the Apple App Store's Usage Rules.
AI Note Taker is a speech-to-text transcription and note-taking application that allows you to:
- Record and transcribe voice recordings into text
- Store and organize your recordings and transcriptions
- Edit and manage your transcribed notes
- Share your transcriptions
You agree not to:
a) Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
b) Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App
c) Copy, duplicate, or create derivative works of the App
d) Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
e) Upload or transmit any viruses or harmful code
f) Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
g) Use automated systems or software to extract data from the App
The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by AI Note Taker and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by us.
You retain all rights to any content you create, upload, or store using the App ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and provide access to your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App's services.
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
Certain features of the App may require payment of fees. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to their terms and conditions. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
